Your prayers have more power than you realise

“Don’t be afraid!” Elisha told him. “For there are more on our side than on theirs!”Then Elisha prayed, “O LORD, open his eyes and let him see!”The LORD opened the young man’s eyes, and when he looked up, he saw that the hillside around Elisha was filled with horses and chariots of fire. 2Ki6:16-14. Elisha and his servant were surrounded by Syrian troops. Elisha”s servant was afraid as he relied on only what He could see in the natural. So Elisha prayed that the servant could see into the spirit where He saw that the Lords armies significantly outnumbered the Syrian army and the Lord gave them the victory. So don’t let what you see or hear put fear in your heart, trust God. Your prayers have far greater authority to move things in the natural through the spirit than you realise. Praise God today that as we call on His name He will move in whatever way we need to bring us the victory and glory to His name.
