Treat others as you would like to be treated

Give to anyone who asks; and when things are taken away from you, don’t try to get them back. Do to others as you would like them to do to you. Lk 6:30-31. When we consider others in light of how we would like to be treated if our roles were reversed, we may have a very different perspective on the situation. This comes down to loving others and considering how we treat them in light of how we would like to be treated. Jesus said that what you do for the least of these you do for me, so God’s love must always shine through in everything you do. A generous heart will find a way to help those who ask, don’t turn people away. God will give you wisdom in dealing with awkward situations. God could be using you to be the answer to someone’s prayer. Praise God today that His love is always there for us and will never let us down, and as we choose to be a blessing to others we too will be blessed. Prayerchair.org
