The best things in life aren’t things

For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. JN 3:16. Love changes everything. Gods greatest act of love changed the world so dramatically that our world was split in 2, everything before Jesus and everything after Him. So the truth is that the best things in life aren’t things. They are the issues of the heart. You can’t touch love, but love can touch you, not only can it touch you, but it can turn your world upside down, apprehend you and save you, just as Jesus did. Love is given before it can be received. Thank God for Jesus this Christmas. Let the love of God that has touched your heart, touch the lives of others. It’s is so much better to give than to receive, and the best things in life aren’t things, a hug,restoration, forgiveness, can’t be bought for any money, yet mean so much more than any present.
