Our Christian walk should reflect our love relationship with God
Jesus replied, “‘You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ Mat22:37. Our Christian walk should be based on our experiential love relationship that we have with Jesus. We don’t focus on do’s and don’t’s but on our personal relationship with Him. There are some people in our life that make us feel good to be with because of what they mean to us. Jesus in the same, but a much much deeper way changes the way we feel about many things, including ourselves, from filling our life with His peace to seeing people in a different way and changing our desires for certain things in our life. As we walk with Jesus, we will know how much He truly loves us, and as we love Him with everything in us, it will become our desire to walk in His ways to please Him as we reciprocate His love to us. Thank God today that He loved us first so we can now love Him too.
