Never lose faith, God is always there for you
But I am a worm and not a man. I am scorned and despised by all! .. O LORD, do not stay far away! You are my strength; come quickly to my aid! Save me from the sword; spare my precious life from these dogs. Ps 22:6, 19-20. David knew great lows in his life, where he was hunted and feared for his life, yet he never lost his faith. Many individuals in the Bible who saw great things had issues and faults, just like you and I, who put their hope and trust in God, who did not fail them. God responds to a heart turned towards Him in faith regardless of your situation. Psalms is a wonderful book as we see David’s humanity,his emotions, his highs and lows and his unwavering faith in God who was always there for Him. God is also our strength and hope just as He was for David. Praise God today that He is our strength, the lifter of our head, who is always there for us, regardless of how we feel. Prayerchair.org
