Love your neighbour by learning to treat yourself as someone you love

A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Mat 22:38. Your capacity to love others is limited by your capacity to love yourself. Often we can be so hard on ourselves, that what we do and say to ourselves on the inside, will eventually manifest itself on the outside. I heard someone say that the best way to love yourself is to treat yourself like some one you love! Be kind to yourself look at trials as opportunities to get stronger, see possibilities in everything and not obstacles. You are incredibly loved by God. With Jesus in your heart you are complete, you don’t need anything else. His love for you is all you need to treat yourself as someone you love, that will also change your heart and actions towards others.
