Let God’s presence shine brightly from your life as you walk in His ways

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body. 1 Cor 6:19-20. We are called to holiness. We are the temple of the living God, His Holy Spirit who dwells in us. As we walk in His ways and follow His leading, His presence will shine from our life and touch the world wherever we go. When we start to go our own way and ignore God’s promptings, we effectively cloak the temple in us until we can no longer sense His presence or hear God’s guidance in our life. If you feel far away from God, ask Him to forgive you and turn back to Him with all your heart. As you start to walk in His ways again, His presence and glory will shine from your life. Thank God today for His precious Holy Spirit who is always there to strengthen, guide and comfort us.
