Jesus puts a firm foundation in our life
But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God. Ps 92:12-13. When we accept Jesus into our heart, our spiritual roots are transplanted into God’s kingdom, where He puts inside of us a spiritual foundation that in Him we are loved, we are secure and in Him there is no end and no fear, only possibility. As we put our confidence in Him our hope will rise. As we draw nearer to Him and worship Him, we’ll become more like Him, and flourish in every part of our life. God will add colour to our spirit so that we’ll see things differently. He will release creative forces into our life so that we’ll dream again and dare to step out with Him to see those things come to pass. Praise God today that He’s our firm foundation and with Jesus in our heart, all things become possible.
