Jesus is our Prince of Peace

He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. Psalm 23:2.

Jesus is our prince of peace. When we invite Jesus into our heart He fills us with peace beyond words so that we know that we've been made right with God. World peace is the absence of problems but God's peace is His presence dwelling in us. Jesus takes away fear of the unknown or fear of the future as He will always be with us. He is already in every single day of our future, forever, watching over us and guiding our steps into the best life possible. He fills our heart with hope so that we can put our confidence in Him. We have no reason to fear, if God is for us, who can be against us. Therefore we can rest in Him as His peace will stay with us through the midst of every storm. Praise God today that He desires to fill us with His peace so that we can rest in Him regardless of what's going on in our life.
