Jesus came to deal with issue of the heart

“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Mat5:27:28. Jesus came to deal with the issues of the heart. Many of the problems we encounter start long before they manifest into a given situation. Often areas of sin and struggle start in our heart,and is developed in our imagination and thought life before they are acted on. We need to keep our heart and our thoughts in check. If you’re struggling with an issue or someone, and find yourself dealing with it in your heart and thoughts in the wrong way, then replace those thoughts quickly and turn your eyes on Jesus who will guide your heart and thoughts. Praise Jesus today that as you start to look to Him He will give you the wisdom and strength to get your heart and thought life back into the right place.
