God ways are not our ways, just trust Him

“You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me! Yet you refuse to come to me to receive this life. Jn 5:39-40. We live in an age where people like to follow an ideology, concept or philosophy without ever questioning its truth. Jesus was speaking to the religious leaders of the day who had different thoughts on what Jesus should do or look like. Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through me. Jesus used signs, miracles ad wonders to prove He was from God, and told people to believe in what he did if they didn’t believe in His words. Jesus is the same life giving Lord of all, yesterday, today and forever. Praise God today that as we put our hope in Him we can experience peace beyond words and know that as we pray the same life giving power will also move in our situations to bring the answers we need.
