God responds to our passion for Him

Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small coins. Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has given more than all the others who are making contributions. For they gave a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she had to live on.” Mk 12:42-44. People give to what they are passionate about. They will happily invest of their finances and time to wherever their heart is. People who are passionate about football will buy a seasons ticket and travel all distances to see their team play. This woman was sold out for God, she gave her all, as she knew she could not out give God who would fill her life well in excess of her 2 small coins. Praise God today that He responds to our passion for Him, and as you allow your passion for God to motivate you to give more of yourself, you will see His hand move more powerfully in your life.
