God recognises our faith as righteousness rather than our works
In the same way, “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” Gal 3:6. God recognises our faith in Him and deems that as righteous in His sight. He doesn’t recognise our saintliness or good works, but our faith in Him. Whilst good works will follow our faith in Him, faith will not usually follow good works and without faith it’s impossible to please God. Faith is the substance of things believed for but not yet seen, where we believe God to bring forth our hope from the heavenly realm into our natural world. As we exercise our faith and keep close to God through prayer and speaking with Him daily, we will become stronger in our faith to the point where we can retain our peace even in the midst of total turmoil. Praise God today that He makes the impossible possible through faith, and as we keep believing in Him, He will move whatever mountains have to shift ion our life.
