Don’t let complacency or inaction steal God’s best for your life
A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences. Pr 22:3. The cost of complacency or not taking the necessary and often difficult steps now, can steal God’s best for your life. If you fail to discipline your children when they are young so they understand boundaries and respect, they will grow up and struggle wondering why life isn’t going their way whenever they want something. Failing to take action now, or not dealing with potential problems or addictions that could develop if left unchecked, could create long term difficulties. Deal with wrong thought patterns before they develop into actions that could rob your life. Praise God today that He knows us better than we know ourselves and as we keep close to Him He will guide our thoughts and actions. Bring any issues before Him that you are struggling with and He will show you the way.
