Breakthrough comes as we wait patiently on God

I waited patiently for the LORD to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the LORD. PS 40:1-3. As we wait patiently on God He will move in our situation. In our waiting we are strengthened as we place our trust in God. We can retain our peace as we keep our eyes on Him. What may appear as God’s delay, is His preparation on our behalf, so that when He moves your joy will be so great it will put a new song in your heart. Others will see what God has done and will want to know Him too. Praise God today that He will move powerfully in your situation as you wait on Him and keep your eyes on Him. Don’t lose hope, just trust Him!
