A life of prayer will be a life filled with joy and gratitude
Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1Th 5:16-18. A life of joy,and gratitude is often a life that is also hallmarked by prayer. Derek Prince once said if you only have 10 minutes to pray, worship Him for 8 minutes and pray for 2 as you can pray for a lot of things in just 2 minutes. When you pray, first spend time in worship,it will draw you closer to God and position your heart to pray. As you draw closer to God your heart will be filled with His joy. As prayer is interwoven into your daily life, you will realise just how much God actually does in your life, and as you continue to recognise what God has done for you, you will become thankful in all things. Praise God today that as we draw closer to Him through our worship and prayers, we will be filled with His joy and be grateful in all things. Prayerchair.org
