A fool is quick-tempered, but a wise person stays calm when insulted

A fool is quick-tempered, but a wise person stays calm when insulted. Prov 12:16. You should not allow the way others behave affect the way you feel or respond. The issues in the lives of others don’t have to become your issues. If someone says something to upset you, don’t bite back. Stay calm and give yourself time to think so you can provide a measured response. Sometimes people will try to drag you into something that’s not even worth a response or your battle to begin with, so a wise person will step back. As you stay calm in difficult situations you can speak words of peace to diffuse a situation. Pray quietly and seek God’s guidance and wisdom even in the most difficult times, and He will help you. He’s always there for you ready to guide you as you seek Him. Praise God today that He’s always with us even in the most difficult situations, ready to help us as we reach out to Him.
